We strike a deal.

I come in to the office and we discuss the number of  hours you require. Of course it is understandable that sometimes you may require more hours and sometimes a little less. This can be arranged with advance notice of 3 to 4 days.  I invoice monthly.

When you need me to be your PA, we can do one of two things:

1. You buy hours in advance. for example,  5 hours to cover my fee. Any additional costs I may incur making phone calls, sending faxes, posting mail, etc., will be invoiced at the end of the month.

2. I’ll keep a report on the hours I make for you plus expenses and send you the invoice at the end of the month.

What is my fee?
My hourly rate is 30 euro’s excluding 19% VAT.
